Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

EUROPE 

For orders from Germany, the EU, Norway, the UK, and Switzerland:
Please use our Return Portal for a smooth return process.

Please note: If you return your order and it included a free item, the free item must also be returned together with the other items. Otherwise, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund amount.

REST OF THE WORLD

For orders outside the EU, please return your order manually. Important notes:
• Your return must pass through German customs.
• Fill out our Customs Information Form and attach it
  visibly to the package. This helps speed up processing.

If you're unable to use the Return Portal, you can send your order to the return address manually. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered.
